Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 14 days for your order to be processed. All pricing is calculated at checkout.

All standard postage orders take 2 - 3 days delivery to major capitals and 3-4 day delivery for areas outside the CBD, rural areas may take longer. All express postage orders take 1-2 days delivery to major capitals and 1-3 days delivery for outside and rural areas.

All orders are sent a shipping confirmation, tracking number and link to track your order.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or postage lockers.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on QLD public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders shipping services, delivery times and prices vary depending on your location. A specific delivery timeframe and cost will be quoted to you at the checkout.

All orders are sent a shipping confirmation, tracking number and link to track your order.

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on Australian public holidays.


Young and Dumb does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered to or from our distribution centre. Please contact your shipping courier to locate your order. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.


Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at www.younganddumb.com.au

PLEASE NOTE COVID-19 IS IMPACTING TIMEFRAMES FOR COMPLETION OF PACKING & DELIVERY OF ORDERS. PLEASE ALLOW 14-21 DAYS, ALTHOUGH THIS MAY BE DELAYED FURTHER FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE DUE TO COUNTRIES RESTRICTIONS. 

No refunds, exchanges or credits for 'change of mind', under any circumstances. 

Our policy lasts 48hrs, from your delivery date.

No refunds, claims or exchanges will be accepted after this time period.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstance due to the nature and limited quantities available. 

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request for damaged items:

  • The item/s were purchased from www.younganddumb.com.au
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your Australian order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Your Global order will be returned to us within twenty one (21) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return, refund or credit. Any items returned to Young and Dumb without approval or following the conditions of return, will be returned at the customers' expense.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN | AUSTRALIAN & GLOBAL ORDERS

Step 1:
Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.

Step 2:
Submit your return request, order number, images of the damage and order email address via info@younganddumb.com.au

Step 3: Our Customer Service team will review your return and send you an email to let you know if your return has been approved or declined accordingly.

Step 4:

If approved, post your item back to us and include the invoice purchase name and number.

Step 5:
Once your item is received, we will email you a confirmation of your refund or credit note. If you purchased through AfterPay or PayPal you will automatically be refunded into your account. Please note during busy release and sale periods, returns can take up to 5 business days to process.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in production.

I would like to change an item
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee item change if the order is already in production.

My shipping information is incorrect
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee address changes if the order is already in production.

 

Billing

What currency will I be charged in?
All charges on Young and Dumb are processed in the currency of the country you are ordering from.
Exchange rates
Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. When an order or return is processed, the order or refund will be generated in US Dollars. Young and Dumb is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.
